DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Manhwa Porn respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not store comic files on our own servers; chapter listings and images are provided by third-party sources, but we will still remove links and pages on request.

How to submit a notice

1. Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”.
2. Include the full web address (URL) of every page on Manhwa Porn that you want removed.
3. Wait for our confirmation. We respond to complete notices within 48 to 72 hours.

What your notice must contain

• Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, with a link to the original where possible.
• The exact URLs on this site where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After we receive a valid notice

We will review it, remove or disable access to the material identified, and reply to confirm. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing details.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your signature. Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice can carry legal liability.
